The support email is for any adjustments you need to make on your membership account, including updating payment information. Be sure to include the following when emailing support for payment changes: card number, expire date and security code. This will make the process of reactivating your account quicker so you don’t miss anything.
If you would like to upgrade your account to the Elite level, please include the last 4 digits on your card on file AND the security code.
NOTE: Access to the membership portal will be removed if you cancel your account or if your account becomes past due. There are NO REFUNDS for the membership. See FAQ page for more information.
