Q1: How long does my membership last in Sacred Circle?
Your membership lasts as long as you want. You just have to keep it active by paying your monthly membership fee. Your monthly payment is automated, so you don’t even have to worry about remembering.
Q2: How long will it take before I start to see results?
You’ll start to see results almost as soon as you get started with the Sacred Circle classes, calls, videos, and/or community. Just remember that you can’t simply listen and observe, you have to actually DO the work and assignments. Don’t worry, that’s why we built the community to hold you accountable 🙂
Q3: Can I get a refund if I don’t like Sacred Circle?
We highly doubt that you won’t like Sacred Circle. We have performed extensive testing on our classes, techniques, and community to make sure you have an incredible experience. Because we’ve invested so much in this program and give you access to classes as soon as you sign up, there are no refunds for Sacred Circle membership fees already paid. However, you can cancel your membership at anytime. When you cancel your membership, we will delete your account and you will not be charged again. YOU MUST EMAIL US 3-5 DAYS BEFORE THE NEXT CHARGE if you are cancelling, as the system is automatic and we need to catch it before the payment goes into cue.
In order to cancel we will need the following information emailed to us at the support email: Name on account, Email used AND the name you use on Facebook.
Q4: What comes with my Sacred Circle membership?
Sacred Circle Elite & VIP membership gives you live phone and video access to Shanel Cooper-Sykes.
For Elite Members: not only will you benefit from the live Q&A sessions where Shanel can offer tailored guidance for your life, but you’ll also receive access to a library of her past courses in the SCS Class Vault. This along with all of the weekly Sacred Circle classes and assignments, should keep you excited, working, and making drastic improvements to your life.
Q5: What do I do if I need to change my payment card?
If you need to update your card information for your membership, go to the My Billing tab at the top of the page and enter your corrected information. Be sure to update any changes a few days before the card is due to run to ensure the system gets you updated in time. THEN, email support with the last 4 digits of the card and the email you registered with so we can attach it to your payments.
NOTE: Your card for the membership programs will be charged 30 days after the last charge. Please keep that in mind as you plan your month, as the date may fluctuate a day or two depending on the number of days in a month.
NOTE: You can also update your addresses in the My Account/Profile tab, especially if you move and your billing address changes OR if you are ordering something that needs to be shipped.
